At MATCH Pewter, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade Italian pewter and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Securely
Carefully wrap your pewter items in their original protective materials and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Package
Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend insuring the package for the full value of the heirloom items.
Receive Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality and condition, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
